Fiadh Nic Aoibhinn Kearns

Fiadh works creatively, and collaboratively in supervision combining psychodynamic Adlerian and Attachment approaches to supervision in combination with the Cyclical and 7 Eyed Models of Supervision.


Founder of Lullaby Tree Counselling www.lullabytree.ie , Fiadh's passion in therapy is promoting the strongest bond between baby and parents. Overcoming anxieties about sleep, feeding and bonding. 

She specialises in creating a holding space for parents who may find bonding with their infant difficult out of fear, past trauma blocking connection, post natal depression or where sleeping and feeding are problematic for parents who may feel overwhelmed.

She has extensive experience in grief counselling, particularly complex grief.

She is the creator of the C.A.R.E. To Be H.E.L.D. approach to working with parents and infants.

She is a member of the World Association of  Infant Mental Health.

She has worked with families, couples and individuals in therapy in psychiatric mental health, community and therapeutic settings. She  worked as Family Therapist in Mental Health Services, has managed Family Resource Centres and been on boards for Youth Projects and Family Resource Centres.

Fiadh has nearly 30 years experience in community, therapeutic and psychiatrist contexts with families.

She has extensive teaching experience having taught at International Adlerian Summer and Winter Schools as well as guest lecturer at DKIT's Post Grad Certificate in Perinatal Mental Health.
